Paper Craft – Open House Sunday 24th October 1 – 4pm

This last month has been the longest month ever, without internet!!  I’m so sorry I haven’t been updating my blog.

I bought this stamp set to use for male cards.

This is the first time I used it. I stamped the lighthouse to the left and the sail boat to the right..   Using techniques I have learned from Michelle Dindorf (amazing stamper who creates layers with the brayer, and sponging), I’ve managed to make a ‘picture’ with depth. The cardstock underneath is black and baja breeze, I have used clear embossing (using a versamarker over the top of the images, once coloured). The main pictures have been stamped in night of navy ink. I’ve added some white gel pen, and the rest is sponging. Hope you like it!!  I promise to be back on more regularly, and start up my classes from my home shortly.

 This is one of the projects we are making this Friday night. If you’d like to make it too (for free!), and live in the Ballarat area, give me a call or email, and you can hold your own workshop. I loveeeeee choc chip, close to cocoa and certainly celery. It works so well together. I’ve really fallen in love with this stamp set. For $33.95 (plus postage), you get a great ‘flower’ stamp, and 3 sentiments (birthday, thank you and ‘you’re on my mind’). It isn’t very often that you can buy one stamp set, and cover a couple of different occasions! Let me know if you like it

Another off the page project – little bag for chocolates, or cards, or bits! Also available in my classes.

First picture is of the bag (side view), and the other is the view from the top (shows the 2 small sections/gussets where you can put in chocolates or cards and envelopes). Hope you like them!  I think real red is the theme tonight!!
