The tracker is an excel spreadsheet, consisting of a separate sheet for each month, and a yearly summary sheet (see the yearly profit/loss example above).  It tracks all income (instant income, classes, card sales, volume rebates) and expenses (costs of business running, product purchased for demo use, postage, etc). I have also included extra info about each topic (when you hover over it with the mouse). It is colour coded (green for income, red for expenses). All you need to do is to enter the appropriate info, and hey presto.. everything is calculated for you!
