ESAD Blog Hop!
Good Morning everyone!
I hope you’re ready for the ESAD Blog Hop! Better go grab yourself a cuppa as you’ll be hopping for a while!
So if you are a Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator located in Australia or New Zealand then please feel free to click here to join our wonderful group.
Hope you enjoy my blog entries! You’ll see I love our new bird punch, as well as the new incolour – rich razzleberry! Here are some descriptions of the projects:
1 & 1 a. Fold up photo book/album (it’s the larger version). Let me know if you would like the instructions and I’ll email them through when I finalise the tutorial. Rich Razzleberry is featured with the new designer paper cottage garden (I LOVE this paper). I have made the letters by using an alphabet die through the big shot!! Great for scrapbooking. Bird punch, and finished with rich razzleberry ribbon.

2. Get well wishes is from the new teeny tiny sentiments stamp set, it’s soooo versatile. I think I can use it instead of nearly all of my sentment stamps. The bird is our bird punch, with the wing being punched out of designer cottage paper, and the branch out of old olive. The background has been run through the big shot with the perfect polka dots embossing folder. Rich razzleberry ribbon, and the label behind is also a die from a set called ‘lots of tags’.
3. This is a card focused directly on our new in colour, rich razzlebe rry. It teams up beautifully with old olive and the matching designer paper. I have used the ‘happy birthday’ on the side from teeny tiny sentiments, and layered up the card, using a non-SU castle die. I also used an alphabet diet set for the name ‘Arley’. Dazzlin’ diamonds, stampin dimensionals and the 2way glue pen have also been used.

4. This card has been made using melon mambo (another new in colour), and the new stamp set (and matching roller) called Vintage Vogue. Gorgeous set. I have played with the flowers by stamping them, then dry embossing them onto a soft piece of foam, to make the flowers 3 dimensional. Sentiment is also from the same set.

5. Another bird punch card! Simple, but elegant. I have layered the bird’s wing to give it additional effect. Colours are night of navy, bashful blue, and whisper white. Sentiment stamped in night of navy, it’s also out of the new teeny tiny sentiments set.

6. hmmm… another bird punch card!! Colours are melon mambo, old olive, close to cocoa. Melon mambo matching ribbon finishes off the card.

7. Pony party! That’s the name of the stamp set. In the background, is the ‘top note’ die which has been created, using the big shot machine. What a cute little girl’s set. It also comes with a party hat, unicorn horn.. and loads of other stuff!
Hope you enjoyed my tour! I think you’ll agree my favs are rich razzleberry and the XL bird punch!! If you wish to continue to keep up to date with me, feel free to subscribe to my blog feeds in the column to the right. If you don’t have a demonstrator, let me know if you would like me to send the new Winter/Autumn mini to you!.

As you may or may not know, Sale-a-bration with Stampin’ Up! means MORE FREE stamp sets! For every $100 in product (not including shipping) you spend, you get to choose a free stamp set from the Sale-a-bration Mini Catalogue. There are also extra benefits for hostesses and those who would like to join the Stampin’ Up! family. I think this year there are some gorgeous sets to choose from. If you follow the whole blog hop (a mere 40 odd blogs!!!), and comment on EACH one, you will go into the draw for some great SU blog candy (yeah, FREE stuff). Just email Leonie (head honcho!) leonie@stamp-a-latte.com to let her know you have commented on each blog and to pop you into the draw!
ESAD-SU is a very special group of Stampin’ Up! My blog hop focuses on “Whimsical Words” stamp set from the new Sale-a-bration Mini. I think it is a fabulous ‘word’ set to have to finish
off your card or scrap page. The first card features one of our ‘heart’ punches (RRP $30.95) which is great for St Valentine’s Day. I have used real red, chocolate chip, individual real red and choc chip markers applied direct to rubber, and of course SU dimensionals, and choc chip ribbon. The ‘green tree’ card is made of old olive, chocolate chip colours. The leaves on the tree are close to cocoa. The tree is from the set ‘Thoughts and Prayers’ and the rabbit is from the set ‘Forest Friends’ which was from the spring mini catalogue. Punches include the ‘photo corners’ punch, and the designer label punch. Choc chip ribbon finishes it off. The grass was made by ‘ripping’ some old olive and then placing it under the tree.
The ‘You’re too kind’ stamp is set on close to cocoa, choc chip (yep, they’re my favourites in case you didn’t already guess!!), with a background stamp (which has french script writing) onto very vanilla cardstock.

The card with ‘the more candles, the bigger the wish’ is made with ruby red, choc chip, close to cocoa, choc chip ribbon, and ‘roughing’ up the edges with the SU distress tool. I’ve also popped some dazzlin diamonds on the flower (flower is from Razzle Dazzle stamp set), but it’s a little hard to see in the photo.
A small note card finishes up my samples. It’s sentiment ‘happiness always’, cardstock is close to cocoa, choc chip, cameo coral. I’ve also used some ‘twine’ to give a texture, and ripped the bottom choc chip cardstock. So quick… so easy!! This stamp set is truly a great one to choose, especially when it’s FREE when you order more than $100 in SU product!!
One of the many reasons to be a demonstrator and be part of our SU family, is that you get the opportunity to ‘pre-order’ some of the goodies, so we can play and share our creations before the products release date. Yep, this means you get to see what you can do with the product, instead of just looking at the samples in the mini catalogue (if you’d like one of these in your hands, or have some questions, and don’t have a demonstrator, please email me at andrea.eppingstall@gmail.com and I’ll mail you one).

The next blog in the blog hop belongs to Ann G, click here to go to her blog.
Sneak peek…
On 25th January, Stampin’ Up!’s ’sale-a-bration’ begins. If you check back here on the 25th January,

In my opinion, this is the best SU sale for the year! For EVERY $100 of product you order, you get a FREE stamp set from the ’sale-a-bration’ range. Host a workshop over $600 in sales and you get a free stamp set as well as the normal hostess benefits. Join my team and be part of the SU family, and you get a stamp set of your choice up to the value of $79.95!!!!
Here’s a sneak peek at one of my projects using ‘whimsical words’ sale-a-bration stamp set. If you don’t have a SU demonstrator, and would like to receive a free ‘hard copy’ of the sale-a-bration mini, email me at andrea.eppingstall@gmail.com and I’ll pop one in the mail to you today!
