Reed Diffusers for Mother’s Day!

I’ve been playing with a new business idea. I have registered a business name “Tutelary” which means guardian angel. I have a domain too, but I’m slowly developing it. It will be www.tutelary.com.au.
The business is a ‘virtual assistant’ type of business. For those that don’t know, I’m a personal assistant by trade, and would like to assist people and small businesses with advice and taking care of those things that they’d rather not handle. It might be to take care of all the paperwork if a family member was to pass away, or set up a new business, organise an existing business in terms of marketing, systems and procedures, it might be to conduct research into nursing homes… in fact anything you need. We can either do it, or we can advise of someone who can.
The motto of my business will be to “Assist individuals and businesses with life balance”.
Another area which I’m enjoying ‘playing’ in, is diffusers, soy candles and melts/tarts, to help individuals balance their lives at home, as well as providing eco friendly scents. The diffusers I am selling leading up to Mother’s Day, are alcohol free, and come with 10 reeds, a gorgeous glass cubed bottle, cork look lid, and of course the fragranted diffuser oil. I make soy tea lights, and some simple soy tin candles and glass candles. I use eco friendly soy, with no palm oil in sight (it’s important that we don’t burn petrochemicals or erradicate the orangutan’s habitat).
If you want something more exquisite, then visit my friend Kerri’s business “Wicket Scent“. Kerri and her daughter make some fabulous ‘milk shake’, ’spider’, and ‘late’ candles. I have burnt one at home, they’re just devine. Contact me if you wish to know more about my products, particularly for Mother’s Day.
Fundraiser closing 17 March

Photo courtesy of The Ballarat Courier
For those who have raffle tickets, or wish to buy some, the ticket stubbs and money need to be back to me by 17 March. The draw will take place on 19 March, results in “The Courier” newspaper, Ballarat 20th March 2010.
Here’s the info from my previous post:
As you may be aware from a recent post, my good friend Claire’s husband died suddenly on 30th December 2009, at the age of 41. He has left behind Claire and their four georgeous children; Aimee, Stephanie, Thomas and Laura (aged 16, 13, 9 and 4 respectively).
I am currently organising a ‘fundraiser’ for the family which will include raffle tickets, with prizes being offered by Stampin’ Up, myself, and a host of local businesses. Tickets will be $2 each, or 3 for $5 (email me andrea.eppingstall@gmail.com and I will send some to you). Alternatively, you can donated directly, by clicking on the ‘donate’ button below. The raffle will be drawn March 16, with winners notified that day, and announced in “The Courier” on Saturday 20 March.
For those ordering Stampin’ Up! goodies from me during the month of February, ALL my commissions will be directly going to the fundraiser. So contact me if you’d like to place an order, and know you are helping out a lovely family at the same time.
I know any sum of money won’t bring David back, but hopefully we may be able to ease the burden slightly.

I’m offering a Christmas Card Kit by mail, consisting of most of the things you see in the picture, plus a few more things! I estimate you can make over 50 cards with the kit. I have only included 20 envelopes, so you can buy more if you need to.
- 3 markers (suggest ruby red, old olive, and choc chip)
- glue pen
- tub dazzlin diamonds
- sheet of dimensional (approx 100)
- 1/4 pack of clear rhinestone brads (approx 20)
- 1/4 pack of silver or gold brads (approx 50)

- 3 sheets of Holiday Treasures Designer Series Paper (12 pieces 6 x 6)
- 20 Envelopes (very vanilla or whisper white)
- 1 metre hemp twine
- 2 metres ribbon 1/4 inch (suggest 1 metre of choc chip and 1 metre old olive)
All of this, for just $65. If you wish to order ink pads instead of the markers, it will cost $83.
If you wish to add either of the stamp sets “Snow Swirled” or “Christmas Classics”, click this paypal button: $110 with marker option, or $125 for the ink pad option.
Here’s some examples I’ve made using “Snow Swirled”:

Nappy/baby cake!
Amazing what you can do with 36 new born disposable huggies nappies and a few hours! DS3’s kinder teacher has gone on maternity leave, and the kinder community are putting together a hamper for her, in preparation of her new little one’s arrival.
I’ve seen these on the net, and thought, why not! I had no other baby things to add, so I tried blue and pink ribbon, and the colour combination of so saffron and certainly celery (using the FREE ribbon bundle I received with my most recent order – you can too, if you purchase more than $100 of SU product during the month of September!!)
I’ve used ‘walk in the park’ designer series paper, with contrasting so saffron and certainly celery cardstock. The pink is regal rose, and the blue is brocade blue.
The matching card is made with the set ‘wild about you’ (giraffe) stamped in certainly celery, with contrasting so saffron and certainly celery on whisper white card stock.

Father’s day is almost here!
Here’s another father’s day card I came up with.
It’s using the set ‘Greetings Eight’ which is $49.95 and contains images/words for lots of different occasions.
The other card has also been made with another stamp from this set. It’s a simple card I sent to my mum and dad for their 48th wedding anniversary. Both contain silver embossing, the father’s day card is made up of basic gray, black, whisper white, and metallic silver card, the anniversary card is brocade blue, rose red, whisper white, with matching rose red ribbon. Inside is also a piece of rose red with gold embossing. Looks much better in ‘real life’. I have to work on taking pics with my new Canon 500D!! It’s a pretty kewl camera though!
Fresh cuts notes and stamp set offer

How easy! These note cards come in a pack of 15, including envelopes for $17.50. They are a very quick way to ‘whip up’ some quick and easy note/gift cards.
I’ve used pink pirouette and baja breeze.
If you are interested:
Fresh Cuts Stamp Set – $38.95
Fresh Cuts Notes (15) – 17.50
Felt Flowers (Flower Fusion Too) – $29.95 (includes pink, blue and brown felt flowers in a cute tin)
Silver Brads – $12.95 (or clear rhinestones for $19.95)
If you wish to purchase the whole kit, I will sell the bundle to you for $90 plus shipping & handling (if you wish to add the clear rhinestones instead of the brads, add $7). Payment can be made via paypal, internet bank transfer or call me with your credit card. Delivery will be made to you within 10 days.
